wow i can't handle reading all of these responses.. i guess i just don't get it. i was a very strict vegan for 10 years, the past two years i have incorporated a few milk products into my diet... and nobody gave me shit.. i started eating things i had never had before because of previous diet restrictions even before i went vegan... because i was living off of whatever was donated for me to eat or what i could occasionally afford.. idk i just feel like you need to do what you have to for a while
