Assuming there’s work in the morning and I’m working a regular 9/5 job, there’s got to be other people who are around on their way to work too. I’d find the nearest person to get help - ideally if they have a car (as I’m walking) I’d flag someone down, rescue the dog, get the dog into that person’s car, take it to a vet if possible, and then bum a ride to my workplace. (y)

Even now, mild amusement and wonder flitted across the base of his stomach. He didn’t know when it’d started, but she really could read him like a book - not that it should’ve surprised him, not after all these years. “Nothing,” he said with as straight a face as possible. “You’re saying this so normally.” 

Temari smirked, her voice light with teasing. “I could slam my hand on the table, for old time’s sake.” 

Shikamaru placed the cup back down, a small smile of his own playing at his lips. “I find it funny; not that there’s anything wrong with it.” 

He had long since admitted that he rather liked this, anyway.

FIRST you are so strong ok, you have dealt with a lot of bs and you’ve come out strong and that’s really admirable. also the fact you can balance all your activities, like damn girl, i wish i could still make time to do a sport and to LEARN LIKE TEN LANGUAGES thats really friggen awesome. also, your writing - i mean I can go on and on about it but do I really have to? It’s amazing, it’s spectacular, etc etc. but for real. you’re awesome and spunky and have really good taste in animals and ships haha, I’m really happy we’ve been able to become friends :DDD
