BIG SHOT is a weird track that doesn't have... much going for it harmonically besides its melodies. It uses a lot of inelegant, detuned samples like Earthbound's Moonside Cafe or Mega Man X's orchestra hit, not to mention the secret lyrics, bespoke chanting, or telephone rings... Honestly, I'm not sure what makes this song even function, but if there's one thing I had to name, it has to be the mixing. Go on, listen to a midi rendition of BIG SHOT. It just doesn't hit the same.
Tangent aside, red's NEO CHAOS is one of the only alternative renditions that really captures this feeling.
Most BIG SHOTs opt for a cleaner, more harmonic approach, including red's other BIG SHOT that uses original melodies, but NEO CHAOS borrows whatever Toby was smoking and kind of just mashes together a deckful of leitmotifs and somehow makes it work.
It adapts some really unconventional Jevil leitmotifs, mostly eschewing the freedom leitmotif (save for the section where it normally appears, and even then it uses freedom B before transitioning to don't forget).
Personally, I really like the section starting at [0:41], especially how the Battle Against a True Hero-like motif comes around the second time. The often overlooked original section from BIG SHOT at [1:36] is also surprisingly good here.
This song is actually pretty famous and has a plethora of covers to its name, which I'm very happy about! I personally recommend prolific soundclouder R. V. Pine's cover, which I enjoy about as much as the original. There are quite a few notable changes, such as substituting the bass from Battle Against a True Hero for one paralleling The World Revolving, and a surprise swap of the freedom motif with penumbra phantasm.

In Nairobi, the pace of traffic is such that high speed accidents don’t often occur.
