thinking about dec again. tragic characters my beloved

mostly thinking about her and cornelia. since me and my partner brought it up not too long ago. i think it's fucked up.

friendly rivals. homoerotic rivals even. and then one accidentally sends the other to their death. and then they come back for revenge. especially scary for someone like dec who tries very damn hard to get the fuck over literally anybody she used to love or know

i wonder how much it'll take to get her to face herself and her past. how many deaths? how many loves? how many years? how many promises?

barnaby and knight's first kiss had to have been extremely embarrassing. imagining they both like hit their noses together by accident. or like. one of them short circuited mid way through
