I'm finishing reading Drumindor and as expected it was great to return to Elan and meet these two friends again. I haven't even finished it yet and I'm already considering rereading the entire series in chronological order, given the many references to events, legends and people related to The Legends Of The First Empire.

I was intrigued by this dedication, wondering who Mackie was… I believe she was a kitten in this life, but I could be wrong.

This book is the perfect combination of a thrilling adventure and a comforting story with a lighter tone to read on a rainy day.

While Drumindor is a standalone story, it is also part of a larger story, allowing you to enjoy the implications if you are familiar with this world. I especially liked that it is a book with lower stakes, which allows for a relaxing and worry-free read.
