Yu Cheng-Hui. Not only did he make a formidable villain for Jet Li in the “Shaolin Temple” trilogy, he was a real-life master of the double-handed sword and drunken sword techniques.

Jacky Wu Jing - Drunken Sword (Zui Jian) Performance
Wu Jing performed Drunken Sword on the stage, despite an injury on the right leg, to the accompaniment of Liu Chia Liang on the drum. Later, at the behest of the Liu Chia Liang, Wu Jing did a short demonstration of Long Fist. After that Wu Jing was asked about how wushu spirit could help Hong Kong.
I had a post a while back that mentioned a sword style named "drunken sword(醉剑） here's a video of a person performing it. Kinda reminds me of the technique that the Drunken Sword Immortal used in Chinese Paladin
