Holi revelers in Varanasi, India, 3/23/16. Everything is closed during Holi, the streets are largely empty except for men loaded onto motorbikes (3-4 per bike) riding around liquored up and well colored. We had a cab driver that we learned (too late) was totally wasted and declared "It's Holi, No Rules!" And proceeded to drive on the other side of the road against oncoming traffic at 100km/hr.
