I prepared this drunken chicken rolls today and found that it is quite fun to make it. Marinate, roll up the chicken, and making the soaking liquid are all make when I am free. So it took me two days to finish it, but the truth is I space out all the works. I use a bit less wine because I can't take too much alcohol. Overnight soaking is essential to et the best result.
