When Kibum comes to and sees Minho leaning over him, the first thing that Minho sees on his face is relief - and then comes the shock. Kibum recoils as Minho reaches out to touch him, and Minho freezes at once.

“What are you doing here, Minho?”

“I…I was worried about you.” But Kibum still looks wary, so Minho steps back and again, holding out both hands to show that he means no harm.

“You lied to me,” Kibum says shortly. He’s scared now too, though he hides it well. The only reason Minho can even tell what he feels is because of that shining silver cord stretched taut between them.

“I’ve never lied to you, Bummie-”

“Don’t call me that! Don’t…I don’t want to ever see you again.”

“Kibum…”

“You hurt me, Minho. You lied to me, and you…you killed me. I trusted you for so many lives, and…”

“I’m sorry,” Minho says. It’s all he can say, even if he knows Kibum won’t accept it. “All I wanted was to protect you, Kibum. Every life, that’s all I’ve wanted.”

But Kibum’s eyes are still hard, and and the silvery cord between them feels brittle now, so Minho shakes his head. “I’ll go…I hope that the next life treats us better.”

Even if Kibum doesn’t say it, Minho knows that he feels the same.

are you still listening to people's good news? after years of my mental illnesses holding me back I finally took drivers training then got my permit. the last couple weeks, my depression has been kicking my butt and i haven't practiced driving at all, but this morning i went for a drive, through a gravelly sand road and construction then had breakfast with my dad and it was probably the best driving I've done and i just feel really good about it and about today! i hope you have a great day!

I am *always* doing good news, and this is GREAT news!! Keep taking care of yourself, and remember to practice self care.

jinki: a really fluffy scottish fold cat!!! it’ll be really friendly and cuddle with him and give him every bit of love he deserves

jonghyun: 48 dogs of varying sizes and Levels Of Floof who can all love him with their entire hearts and keep him warm nd comfy ^^

kibum: a husky bc they are JUST AS DRAMATIC as he is (like legit look up dramatic husky videos on youtube they’re so fucking overdramatic i. love them) also maybe a domesticated fox bc they basically have the same laugh

minho: A HUGE ASS CHOCOLATE LAB THAT CAN RUN AND PLAY WITH HIM!!!! AND SIT IN HIS LAP BC IT THINKS IT’S A LAP DOG AND GIVE HIM KISSES AND FOLLOW HIM EVERYWHERE!!! (no this is Not bc i have a choco lab what do u mean of course not)

taemin: a st bernard. cant fuckin lose that one can u (also bc they’re Big and Pure and Soft and can sleep in his bed with him and he can use it as a pillow and be all comfy uwu)
