Oh my god I know EXACTLY what you mean. I need my time to recharge. You should try encouraging a Daddy Daughter date night. It’s the best! Kiddo falls asleep on the way home all loved up and happy. And they bring me take out potstickers!

I sincerely sympathize- I’ve been there. Maybe take advantage of him being home to watch your daughter and get out of the house a bit, even if it’s just to run errands?

I have this problem, too. The only solution has been for my husband to take my son out for a while to an activity, a bounce place, museum or whatever, while I stay home. You don’t have to be the only one who takes the kids places.

I’m in the same boat lol….daughter goes back to school Monday 😜
Thanks everybody. I have been out of the house by myself to run errands this week but I'm really getting sick of Target (I never thought I'd say that). I just want to be home and alone. My husband won't take our daughter out by himself. He rarely ever does and if he actually does it's only for an hour because "she got bored and wanted to come home". He's as good a dad as he can be without actively doing things alone with his daughter. I have to do everything with them or they would never leave the house together. I have an extremely needy and clingy husband and he doesn't understand "alone time". He wants to be with me constantly. So his inability to understand that I like to be by myself doesn't help matters. The best I can hope for is that he has to go away on business for a few days and she has school. That's all I get. It's just something I have to deal with. :/
