Yosuke and Chie were on cleanup duty for their homeroom's culture festival, tidying away their attempts at a group date cafe. "Man, this sucks. First my idea goes nowhere, then we have to clean up after it."

He tossed some paper hearts into the trash when he thought of something. A soft smile curled on his lips. "Y'know, Chie, you never gave an answer to if you wanted me as a boyfriend or not." He asked the shorter girl with a grin.

I have always imagined her trying to sleep and his text wakes her up and she just texts back very aggressively tells him to go the hell to bed.
