Hi everyone. It’s been a while since my last blog post. Lots of things changed since my last post. Luckily, some things never seem to change; my passion for technology for instance(hardware/software/electronics/tweaks/tips).
After a pretty rough ride testing FreeNAS 8 a year ago, I moved to a Synology NAS. Not really a DIY NAS I know and some people will hate me for this but in time I learned that a NAS is a very important piece of hardware which should run stable, solid, fast and would have great support (and community support). That’s why I chose Synology and bought a DS212+ at first but then moved to the DS412+ which I currently own.

That popular cube-oriented game from Mojang. Runs well for a few players but make sure to stop/start the package once in a while to flush the memory (it uses a lot).

Automated subtitle downloader which uses the bierdopje.com website. Works really well in combination with the downloaders.
