why does devon give a lil speech about how he’s so great being a soldier instead of just telling Dutch the plan?

Devon is annoying but Dutch keeps him in check so everything’s alright. (really? he insists on her calling him a badass? i just... i do not understand the appeal of a face like that combined with a cockiness like that)

This was a great ep with some different perspectives like... the Company really is truly fucking evil. 

Dutch and co. killed the sugarpoint people -whether Rio’s or the scavs - like it was a great thing but these were the battered sickened remains of a social movement and innocent civilians incincerated and then ground down into the rot by an organisation exploiting the whole system.

There’s a layer of fleshy ‘no sedative while being cut open for organ harvesting’ injustice there that underscores every single beat of this world.
