First and foremost would have to be how they feel about Amanda. Machine connor feels a great loyalty to her, even when she clearly shows no regard for him whatsoever and blatantly treats and expects him to act like a machine. While Connor is very apt to d whatever she asks of him, it’s the thought of being deactivated that proves a breaking point. The moment he learns that he is not a singular model, he cuts contact with Amanda, hoping that succeeding in his machine will prove his worth and save his own life int he process. To a degree, he knows this to be a fool’s errand.
Another would be how they would both settle in with Jericho and it’s inhabitants. Only Kara or Markus would be capable of recruiting Connor to their side. Assuming he was convinced to join, Connor would have an extremely difficult time adapting and has blatantly anti android beliefs which he expresses without discretion. He would be widely regarded as a traitor, though he would willingly help and participate in any pro android activities Markus or Kara requested of him (for his trust in them, not Jericho itself.)
While Machine Connor is difficult to differentiate from Deviant Connor at the best of times, but what’s most telling is when he’s angry, or frustrated. Machine Connor can and will resort to violence much more indiscriminately. He places no value in human life if it gets in the way of his mission, but for the most part if you’re not involved, he’ll be relatively docile.
His relationship with hank is extremely strained. As i mentioned before, he will not share any sort of space with him, aside from adjacent desks (and even then, they don’t really get along). Connor doesn’t purposefully antagonize him, but his methods and the lack of concern he has for their consequences disturbs him. That is to say that Connor would do some risque shit like shoot a hostage to get to an android if he felt it was worth it, and then he wouldn’t concern himself from thereon out w/the situation. He’d just consider it a necessary evil and go on w/his day
This isn’t necessarily a ‘difference’ between the two of them (because its more of a headcanon and idk what other connors want to do for theirs haha) but Machine Connor would be more open to sexuality and experimenting with humans or androids. At heart, he likes to learn. He likes to break things down analytically, methodically. So when it comes to sex and how different everyone is in terms of things they find arousing or stimulating, he’s very engaged and curious- but about himself, too. It’s very difficult for him to ‘truly’ feel stimulated. He can react both in body and mind the way a human would expect, but the actual pleasurable sensation can only be found by dabbling in extremes of the spectrum. Something has to be jarring enough to break his composure, so extreme pain and extreme pleasure are a huge part of his pleasure reward system.
