nctenoughtime replied to your post: Could you sing the Marine's song for us, Frank?
Maria objects: she likes his singing voice and he should do it
Betrayed by the wife. She knows he can’t say no to her. Much like Yosemite Sam, Frank grumbles under his breath for a moment or two.
He’ll get her back for this. Cold feet under the covers, when she least expects it. That’ll learn her.
Frank’s voice is a rumble to begin with but it drops a few octaves and gets even raspier as he ekes out a few lines.
“Flag’s unfurled to ev’ry breeze from dawn to settin’ sun, we have fought in every clime’n place where we could take a gun. In the snow of far off Northern lands.. and in sunny tropic scenes, you will always find us on the job- the United States Marines...”
