Oh my god, I had a lot of fun drawing this. I'm literally so ill about this stupid robot.

When I saw the contest I went straight to the wiki, and there I saw that the lore section said this quote could be a reference to how Wagstaff burns WX's science work in their animated short. I personally think this is an awesome and kickass theory, so I drew it :)

Don't Starve Art Contest

Greetings! As some of you may have seen, I am hosting an Art Contest with some in game prizes on the line!

How this contest will go is easy! Simply post your submission on tumblr, answer to the form with a link to your submission. Once submissions get closed in 2 weeks, I will release a form featuring all the submissions where people will be allowed to vote for their 3 favorites! A week following that form, I will announce the results and give their prizes to the winners!

Some Rules!

Respect the theme! Your artwork must be on theme to be accepted :)

No AI generated images

Artwork must be yours! (no stolen art, tracing, etc,,,)

You can post your artwork with the #dstcommunity2025contest tag!

Please reblog it into the dst community too!

you MUST link to your artwork in this google form so that I'm sure I'm not missing out on any participations! Tumblr sometimes has the vicious tendency to shadow ban people, or people accidently disable being able to appear in the tags, so this is to make sure I'm able to see all the participations!

Prizes!

1st place will receive 2500 spools, a 2023 starter pack AND a 2024 starter pack!

2nd place will get 2500 spools, and the choice between the 2023 OR the 2024 starter pack

and 3rd place will get the choice between one of the two starter pack
