Razoreater / Iced Out / Rilke / Black Branches
DSTM presents a Church Of Fuck take over on the south coast. A night of noise and heavy hardcore sure to ruin your ear drums. http://churchoffuck.bandcamp.com/album/split-by-razoreater-iced-out Razoreater: http://razoreater.bandcamp.com/album/split-w-iced-out The UK's answer to Trap Them. These guys have been travelling around the UK making a hell of a noise over the past year. Thanks to the push they have gained from their label Church Of Fuck this band have gone from strength to strength. They are one of my bands to watch this year. Iced Out: http://icedout.bandcamp.com/album/iced-out-razoreater-split-7 Dirty Sludgy hardcore from Durham, these boys are another typical Church Of Fuck band and having recently released a split with Razoreater, The two bands just seem to bounce off each other. On Iced Out's previous visit to our city they won over several fans so you can imagine this time being no different Rilke: http://rilkeuk.bandcamp.com/album/rilke-max-william-james-hunt-split New dirty punks for the Isle Of Wight. Already starting to get regular shows in Portsmouth despite them only being together a few months. For fans of Discharge and Converge Black Branches: http://www.facebook.com/BlackBranches/info Bournemouth's noisest son's. If these boys do not leave a ringing in your ear then they have not played their set properly. Expect high piece noise followed by fast thrashy guitars. Doors for this show will be at 8pm with entry costing £2 xDSTMx
Foxxes / Acres / Mine / Sending Lights (GER)
DSTM would like to roll in 2013 and bring you a night of melodic hardcore from some awesome up and coming bands in the UK and Europe. We want to bring as many touring bands to Portsmouth Next year and we are starting with a bang. Foxxes: http://www.foxxes.co.uk/music Melodic hardcore band from Cardiff. Their new EP noiseless is one of the best UK releases this year. We have been a fan of Foxxes since the release of their Winter Alone EP back in 2010 and its a shame it has taken us this long to get them down south. But we are prond to kick of the new year with such an awesome band. Acres: http://acresuk.bandcamp.com/ Portsmouth's new favourite sons. Since the band formed in the summer of 2012, things have just gone from strength to strength for these guys. Their EP is like early Devil Sold His Soul mixed with modern day screamo bands like Pianos Become the Teeth. Definitely not one to be missed. Sending Lights: http://sendinglights.bandcamp.com/album/stow-away Sending Lights are a melodic Hardcore Band from Wuerzburg/Germany, formed in 2011. So far they have played a lot of Shows in Germany as well as a European Tour with Back at Sea in the beginning of 2012. they recently released our debut CD "Stow Away" through our Record Label Shivery.MMXII.Productions in Germany and through Nowhere Youth in the UK. Mine: http://mineculture.bandcamp.com/ The latest Holy Roar band featuring former members of Hang The Bastard. They bring a new brand of heavy grungy music to the UK scene. Since the release of their debut EP there has been a massive buzz around this band and rightly so. It won't be long till they are headlining shows like this. Doors 8pm entry £4 come down and start the new year moshing xDSTMx
