My customer Paul came to the workshop recently with an @industry_nine centerlock disc hub set and a pair of @lightbicycle carbon gravel rims. We wanted a strong, nimble build and decided to use DT Swiss Aerolites bladed spokes along with Enve Composites internal brass nipples. A short while before, I had produced a run of dark green decals for another customer who had a King 40th Anniversary ISO hubset: turns out they matched I9’s green pretty well. I like to match my customers color schemes so I order my own rims without embossed decals.
