Earlier this year I collaborated with @dtbyhalton, I created an Indigenous design that represents "Unity". To symbolize unity, I illustrated three animal species coming together from the water, earth, and sky. From the sky a strong eagle. Eagles often pair up for life and work together to build their nests and take care of their young. From the earth a cunning wolf. Wolves run in packs and work as a team to protect each other and hunt. From the water, a salmon who will make the long migration in large groups from the ocean to the river to give their offspring the best chance of survival, the salmon is a life source, it feeds the wolf, the eagle, the land, and its inhabitants. The funds from these shirts will go to support Dare to be Youth Charity programs, an Indigenous Youth Organization, and sales also support me and my art practice as the designer.
