Guess what makes its return this Summer just in time for the @dtcfoodandflea ??: : Widowmaker Coldbrew is back! We crack the barrels today! We start by sourcing the highest quality organic coffee, steep it without heat for over 18 hours within a chilled copper still, we then transfer our concentrate to bourbon barrels so the brew may age for one month - Inside: the brew is picking up the sweet bourbon, tanic oak, and syrupy vanilla flavors of the wood and adding these notes to its already complex body. The end result: A brew that is begging to be enjoyed with milk over ice or with a shot or two of extra bourbon. Widowmaker is a complex, smooth and full-bodied brew with low-acid and a chocolate finish. Thanks for making our Bloom launch a success! We are finally back in stock and you can now order on etsy! Bloom is a super-concentrate that can be "bombed away" into 6-8oz of your favorite milk! We use the same process as our cold brew but with a longer cook time, and a little heat, from there we slowly develop our salts, vanilla bean, and cocoa powder into the mix. We also utilize mirco-lot coffee which we small batch roast right here in Raleigh, NC. A nice chilled glass of Noble Woodsman Bloom Coffee Bomb is the perfect morning eye opener, or summer time treat, and is the perfect way to have iced coffee on the go! Keep it simple woodsman.
