“Hey, guess what? I can use Light Arrows too! Check this out!”
Link takes out their Fairy Bow, replacing the usual Fire Arrows with Light Arrows instead. The unsuspecting Octorok in the distance is a perfect target. Link quickly fires the arrow, and the strike is powerful enough to defeat the creature in one hit as it explodes in a burst of light.
“What do you think? I’ve been practicing with these a bit more often lately.”
@dualwings inquired:
"Thank you for reaching out, and taking my hand." (Pit @ Kirby, referring to world of light 👀)

Large, innocent eyes stared back at the angel.
Whether Kirby had properly processed his words - as genuinely thankful as they likely were - wasn’t obvious, but the growing smile on his face at least signified that he’d picked up some of the tone. Was he slowly maturing, or simply taking Pit’s smile as enough to reason to be happy? Even with everything he’d been through...
With the scolding of the Cappy Town citizens, the hostility shown to him by Dreamland itself, and the isolation of being a solo hero, for even the allies he’d gathered throughout many adventures often had their own lives to get back to. The warring gods had just been one more reason to band together and save the day.
Despite all that, Kirby was a child. He didn’t think much of it; just that his friends were in danger, and he was capable of coming to their aid. Friends made the world go round! And he, much like a toddler would when they wanted to be taken into the arms of an adult, lifted his nub-like hands up But instead of waiting, he balanced on the tips of his feet and took Pit’s hands himself. As was the usual with him, it was hard to tell exactly what was going on in his head.
Nothing outside of basic emotion, anyway.
“Piiii! Pit-uu!!” he cried out in squeaky, half-baked words. “No more, okay? Okay, okay?”

Trudging through the lonely paths in Skyworld, Pit’s wings reflected the light of the full moon, making them almost appear alight. It was a stunning, cloudless night - normally, the captain would be admiring the beauty, but today, his mind was far too clouded.
Yet it wasn’t a distracted fashion he was walking in. No, Pit had a purpose to this late wandering, burning questions that needed some semblance of an answer. The dreams he had had since he was only a child were becoming clearer and more frequent - and Pit was beginning to wonder if they were dreams at all.
He couldn’t take this to Lady Palutena. Something in him always froze up at the thought - it felt forbidden, somehow. He had certainly tried to speak of it before, but always, that tight feeling in his throat made him back down.
But he knew of one person who might be able to shed some light on this, based on what he knew of her own circumstances. His knowledge was vague, but it could at least point him in the right direction.
“Ivy?” Pit called out after reaching an open pavilion, hesitating only a moment before continuing. “I know it’s late, but...are you there? I need to talk to you.”
“Are you okay?” (From Pit!)
"Yeah...Just a little banged up from that last fight." Sora replied, wiping a little blood and sweat from his face. These battles really kept him on his toes as of late.
But he enjoyed it.
It made him stronger, more reliable.
@dualwings liked for a starter.
She knew of fairies and dragons of the like! Hyrule was a large open land that she herself have hardly through all of. Either of places being too hot or just undiscovered yet. Traveling takes time and she greatly enjoys seeing new sights but she was not expecting this. Not facing an Angel. A being that had been written about for centuries. But here she was staring up at one from the pond. Sinking a bit lower the half Zoran was cautious watching them as they stepped closer.
“Can I help you…?” She asked as she backed up slightly. Angels we’re just as unpredictable as fairies! Her teacher had taught her that.
