Join us for Healing the Heart Chakra Meditation with @zarinedadachanji @7.30 pm 📍illuminations, JLT. • • The third chakra in our body, the heart chakra is essentially linked to LOVE. This meditation will begin with some heart opening breathing exercises. We will then release the walls we built around our hearts and fill our hearts with the beautiful vibrations and frequencies of self-love, self-worth, self-esteem, self-confidence, self-preservation, and self-empowerment.
