Annabeth had only one Pokémon, a Rowlet that she found while roaming with Luke and Thalia, and by the time she was boarding the Argo II, it had evolved into a Dicidueye.
Percy was never really fond of Pokémon, as he had problems trusting anyone other than his mom due to Gabe. But one day on the way to school when he was 15, he stumbled across a small Oashuat, nicknames riptide. Which now he protects fiercely. You mess with riptide- you mess with Percy.
Jason woke up on a bus with no memory and a Dublade, nicknamed Ilivus. It got severely injured in the fight against Enceladus, and had to stay in the infirmary once they got back to camp.
Piper had a super shy Emolga nicknamed Katropis, after the weapon Helen of troy possessed. Like- refuses to let go of pipers leg- shy. Eventually it opens up a little to Leo, Jason, and their Pokémon.
Leo was very fond of Pokémon. People might leave you, but Pokémon will always be by your side. He received a Cimchar from an extremely early age from his mother. Over the years of running and abuse, it evolved into a powerful Infernape. Once at camp, Leo needed transportation for the quest. He decided to go after the Salamance in the woods. He was able to catch it due to his fire immunity and with the help of Infernape. He nicknamed it Festus. After discovering the Bunker and forging a saddle. They started on their quest. When arriving in the workshop of archamidies, he found a Togedemaru that had been stuck down there for centuries, and he nicknamed it sphere because why tf not.
Hazel’s Beldum died with her back in the 40’s, but Nico brought him back too. It evolved into a Metang during the quest to Alaska. She also met Mudsdale, the fastest horse alive, and befriended him.
Frank received his mother’s Servine the day he was to leave for camp. It turns out that Hera connected their life forces that one fateful evening, if Servine were to die/faint, he would as well. At iris’s ROLF store, she gifts him an egg. After finishing the quest. It hatches into a ditto. Frank is scared of Leo due to his fire types and his ability to summon flames.
