Westbrook, Maine,  Ice Disk

A rather strange, but fascinating phenomenon - a rotating ice disk which formed on the Presumpscot River in Westbrook, Maine  (and which just happens to look like the surface of the moon) -- occurring rarely but not so rarely that they haven’t been seen elsewhere (and with better music than the one above).
