Kenan = Ibrahim : Much like Ibrahim, Kenan was heavily traumatized by the loss of a parent as a young child. He grew up treated like a second-class citizen (slave) by his uncle (sultan). He eventually rises at the top of society but cannot move on from his past and that causes him to self-sabotage and hurt the women around him. Both characters are skilled at playing the violin. 

Cevidan = Hatice: The princess who is deemed “proper” for Kenan once he reaches the top of society. She is the kind of woman people and himself expect him to be with now but he feels alienated for her. His uncle (sultan) is opposed to a divorce. She once suggested taking in Lamia as a maid. She ends up jealous and resentful but refuses to give up on Kenan despite being advised to so by people who both care about her and have ulterior motives. 

Nigar = Lamia: She represents Kenan’s past self. She’s also an orphan who was treated like a second-class citizen by the family who took her in and because of that he feels drawn to her. She is considered “improper” for Kenan, too inferior in status. He marries another but cannot stop desiring Lamia. There’s a pregnancy that must be kept secret. 

Cemil is a sort of Rustem if he grew up spoiled and fell in love with Nigar.

Edit: As oomf said, Leyla can also be considered a princess. She's early Hatice, while Kenan is still "a slave" and "unworthy"

Yk Kenan seemed genuinely pleasantly surprised that Saib was willing to let Cemil marry Lamia so he can be happy again only for his smile to drop when he brought up the election thing. He does love his cousin deep down
