@dueltorn
@dueltorn I don’t know who this is for Yuuri’s just a brat
“So, you look atrocious as always. To what do I owe the honor?” The condescending tone couldn’t be lost on most people, Yuuri twirling a bit of his purple bangs around his finger. Normally he’d be annoyed at the interruption, but he was bored today and in need of entertainment.
i have died everyday waiting for YOU
It’s gotten so lonely inside her card. She cannot remember the LAST time she had come out besides that duel, the last time she’d seen her Magician or the other Entermates, or the LAST time she’d seen Dennis. She knows she should not feel so downhearted, but it was hard, so HARD.
For the last time she’d fought on the battlefield, she had represented every little EVIL thing that monsters of her kind were, hadn’t she?
The call on her card is a WELCOME one, and she jumps to it like a moth to a flame, grasping at the chance before it can SLIP between trembling fingers, materializing herself in a show of color and smoke if only to IMPRESS.
( am I evil? )
Her lips are STRETCHED into a grin so disgustingly fake that she wants to be angry at herself — ah, but can she REMEMBER the last time her smile had been genuine? She was ugly, downtrodden, replaced by the goodness that was Trapeze Magician, because SHE was everything her duelist hated about himself.
To see him again is a WEIGHT lifted from her heavy heart, but her greeting is over before it has begun. He is kneeling to her, GRACING her with a small token of affection that she plans to covet in her heart forever. It is enough, it is MORE than enough for her feelings to bubble up and over the surface, until her smile isn’t as wide and is WET instead. Spirits can cry, too, and she cries too much when it comes to him.
She WANTS to tell him that he can always count on her, but just like every time she has tried, the words do not COME. They get stuck in her throat, as delicate as rose petals and yet threatening to CHOKE her. Her cheeks are soaked and yet she can’t say it’s a bad thing. At least he hasn’t FORGOTTEN about her.
( don’t worry. I won’t be going anywhere, even if I am ‘evil.’ )
starter for @dueltorn
“Yo, Sawatari!”
Yugo exclaimed cheerfully, locking his arm around the other’s shoulder, albeit a little too aggressively. He was happy to see him again!
And.. more importantly, he got a favor to ask.
“How’ve you been? I didn’t see you in a while! Wanna do me a quick favor?”
...Subtle.
@dueltorn and I were chatting so...
At this point, she didn’t know why she kept trying. Between Professor Marco and Hokuto, the world felt so empty and blank, and yet she still kept trying. A part of her would always wonder if it was her fault. It was no mystery she didn’t treat her friend the best, but that was just how she was and he knew that, right?
... Right?
Yet, he was still gone, and her and Yaiba weren’t the same without Hokuto. She had always assumed she was the glue, she was what kept them together, she was everything but...
Without Hokuto, things just felt off. There was something about losing the final course representative, and then President Akaba running off to find out what was going on that had left LDS not feeling like the grand place it had always been.
And yet...... yet....
That purple hair with the starred headpiece.....
“Hokuto...?”
❛ ah ! you gotta be careful with this kinda stuff ! baking’s precise & pancakes are no exception ! ❜ / @dueltorn ♥’d !
@dueltorn continue from HERE
“I wouldn’t spit in it. That’s gross.” He said. A frown forming on his face as the ice cream was smacked out of his hand and went onto the hot pavement. His eyes followed it, watching it melt quickly from the heat.
When Shun spoke once more the short male looked back up at Shun. He looked like Shun just kicked the most precious thing in his life. “W-why would you do that?” He asked. “I just figured you’d want something cold since it’s so hot out. You didn’t need to be so mean about it.”
With that he bent down to pick up half the cone that fell with it, not wanting an animal to accidentally eat it and get sick. He ignored the bitterness from Shun’s words. They rolled off his shoulders easily but he was upset about the waste that became of the ice cream he bought himself this time. He didn’t even get someone to buy it for him.
@dueltorn lmfao I’m sorry
A resounding giggle is the only warning given before she appears, a ( maniac ) grin spread across her face. She twirls her staff in a greeting and gives a modest bow, one foot out, one arm behind her back. It was so exciting to see other creatures, what with her partner always getting the front row of things — and it didn’t matter if it was her duelist or her partner, any creature was a fun interaction!
She sweeps an arm out in front of her as she gives another bow, switching her limbs around to make it mirror the one she’d given before. How fun, how fun! At least for now.
