Mr. Hastings should first learn what "H-1B" work visa program is before making useless punditry even after his thirty (3) years of "working" on H-1B "politics"!

📌 H-1B is a "regular" professional worker visa. Dah, everyone should know in 2025 since its founding in 1952 as H-1 visa!

❌ It not a "high value" jobs visa. There are other visa for that, O-1, P-1, J-1, L-1, etc.

❌ H-1B isn't a taxation program but a work visa program under Title 8!

📌 H-1B is has only 85,000 annual quota for a country of $29.18 Trillion economy and 340 million people with over 139 Fortune 500 Global Companies in the U.S.
