don’t you know it’s “cringe” and one staff member being bad makes the whole project bad (/s)
i mean i get being kinda put off it by that but the shows idea, character design and writing was done by a bunch of other people who as far as i know aren’t....bad, that one storyboarder is hardly controlling the whole show
i know markiplier is a VA on it and personally i don’t get why they got him in because he’s not...a professional VA, it’s on cartoon network, it’s not like they really need help, but he’s playing a character that can only communicate in growling and if it’s really that much of a fuckin dealbreaker then just watch it in spanish w/ subtitles? it lit takes 6 minutes to watch the whole thing, dang

are the blind boxes you get for figures from anime or from western media? Western media blind boxes often have the same barcode number, while figures from Japan will have different barcodes to make collecting easier (sometimes with selling sites even listing the barcode numbers for accessibility). but that's just my experience collecting from both markets!
I tend to get them from both anime and western stuff. In my own experience all of the bar codes have been the same? Like all of them. It’s just never worked that way for me.

but yeah that is what the narriative seems to be going for, and the sites moreso against it because people who may just really want gay content shouldn’t turn to something like this for it

idk it just seems like a lot of the complaints have focused around the story itself being inherently bad because it focuses on themes like stalking and murder, and its just like...sometimes conflict is just conflict. like warn all you want about potentially upsetting content, i get that, but it feels like there’s this undercurrent of “...and you shouldn’t like it because of this” which seems silly to me
