About my world 1
Since then, they are endlessly at war with the Dragon.Hello. I want to tell a little about my original universe and key characters. Despite the fact that I post here mostly fanart I wanted to share this important part of my work. All illustrations are made by me. (I will translate the text from the pictures, it is in Russian. The story is written on behalf of one of my characters)
The Dragon, that created me and our universe, only a huge bunch of energy and light in the void.
I do not know how it appeared. But to this day it continues to create life from his Breath.
Its light was so bright that it gave rise to an equally bright Shadow. Since birth it has followed the Dragon everywhere.
Shadow wanted to be like him.
Then one day...
Shadow stole a part of his Breath. It quickly began to fill his body and expand.
His body continued to expand as the universe within it. It became a vessel for the anti-world, in contrast to what the Dragon created.
The creature that came out of this was called the Dark Phoenix. It was reborn every time when it stole the Breath necessary for him. Since then, they are endlessly at war with the Dragon.
If you wonder why the Dragon looks different in different drawings - it can change its appearance to any side, but more often it is depicted as a woman. The name "Dragon" he received not because of the appearance, but because of the power he possesses. In my universe, dragons are a symbol of tremendous inner strength.
If you notice that these two are too "black" and "white", then I want to say it is not easy. After all, in our world there is nothing that would have only one side of the issue. In my case, the Dragon is always open, it gives information because it has too much of it, it sprays around it. He never attacks because he needs nothing and can only defend himself. He can not stop. And the Phoenix is the one who always takes, he creates the world within himself, because it is himself. He is aggressive and is always looking for something that he can take or copy to himself, because he cannot create anything on his own. These positions are both bad because they generate endless conflict of values.
