What's the difference between a 19 year old suicide bomber in the west bank and a 19 year old idf soldier gleefully shooting kneecaps in gaza shouting "death to arabs" and dancing in schools that they bombed?
The former has repeatedly happened, is financially rewarded by both the PA and Hamas, and is an explicit attack on civilians.
The latter is a fabrication or composite, the IDF and Israeli courts punish misconduct by soldiers, and the IDF has no policy of attacks on civilians - just combatants.
...and the age of either isn't at all relevant to the question.
