Legs hurt like crazy. Left one because of a birth defect, and right one because I'm favoring walking miles a day on concrete. My back is fragile and I threw it out lifting lumber today, which made me next to useless at work. I had to tell co-workers and customers that I can't lift heavy objects, like... Since when? I'm always in pain and always tired. I keep crying for no reason and I'm so stressed that I can hardly seem to get restful sleep. I don't know what to do
