These dumplings are a tasty take on the traditional crab rangoon. They are crispy, creamy, and filled with savory crab and cream cheese.
Ingredients: 1 cup of crab meat. 1 cup of cream cheese. 2 green onions, finely chopped. 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. 1 teaspoon of soy sauce. 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder. 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. 1 package of wonton wrappers. Oil for frying.
Instructions: Put the crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper in a bowl. Put a small amount of the crab mixture on top of every wonton wrapper. Wet the edges of the wonton wrappers with water, then fold them in half to make a triangle shape. Seal the edges to keep the filling inside. In a deep fryer or a large skillet, heat the oil to 350F 175C. Step by step, add the dumplings to the hot oil. Fry for two to three minutes on each side, until they turn golden brown. Take the dumplings out of the oil and let them drain on paper towels to get rid of the extra oil. Enjoy your tasty Crabby Rangoon Dumplings while they're still hot!
