Last month, Duncan Hunter (R-Calif) and his wife were indicted on charges of misusing over $250,000 in campaign funds for their own personal use. Along with claiming that the issues with misused finances were all his wife’s doing, Hunter also whined that, ‘It’s difficult to live’ in San Diego on a congressional salary of $174K. Sure, buddy. I suppose it would be if you’re screwing around with at least five other women! Those hotel bills must really add up!!
The 47-page indictment document, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune alleges that the congressman had “personal relationships” with at least five individuals and Hunter’s lawyer, Gregory Vega, objected to the turn the investigation took.
