Morrowind study of "The Nightmare" by Johann Heinrich Füssli
Tried a more realistic Rels portrait with the wet acrylic brush, and the blocking out technique with no sketch. I’m happy with how it turned out, and would like to refine the process and technique more!

Tried out a portrait painting for the first time, blocking out values and using the round brush, blending with the dropper tool. Was super fun, and now I’m obsessed with painting. I decided that’s Rels’ mom, but I was just drawing a random dunmer lol. I like her attitude. I relate.
My tablet was broken for a bit so I got a sketchbook and made do with a cowboy!Rels...
