Creativity is a form of self expression. It can be meditative and is part of self care, self esteem, and self confidence. Lately I find myself expressing via making artisan soaps. It feels freeing, and the aroma is soothing. While it is melt and pour, it still affords me the opportunity to add what I want for aesthetics or functionality.
This is Orange Peel Pink Himalayan Salt Scrub in Glycerin Base. Oranges have antioxidants, is anti inflammatory, anti microbial, and has other healing properties. Pink Himalayan salt soothes sore muscles and improves skin. It smells and feels like a summer day with its citrus tones.
To make my soaps aesthetically appealing online, product photography is vital. I have a very small house, so my studio setup is minimal.
