The clothes Ryllae is in are from Hollywood Bigshot by Arafel and then Astarion is wearing the new shirt mod from BerrySemifreddo, along with the strawberry pants from Arideyya.
I tried out a new hairstyle for Ryllae post canon (perhaps a year or two after game events) and I quite like it I think 👀
