Aw, really? D: Have you tried to put ice on it yet? If it's not cut, I don't think bandages would really help except when you hit something, it'll just reduce the pain.

i had ice on all day yesterday but it's not helping, and a few years ago i was hit by a car so my knee has been hurting since then, not so extreme but i can't run so sometimes i have to wear a bandage, and i put it on now too and it actually helps a little, and it gets easier to walk too~
