Fun thing about the chickpea/garbanzo bean thing: When I was little, I watched Zaboomafoo, and I loved it. He ate garbanzo beans which means they must be good, right? Around the same time, my parents were trying to get me to eat chickpeas, which I hated on principle bc they had the word "peas" in their name, so obviously they were bad (I hated peas with a burning passion). If they had just told me they were garbanzo beans? Down the hatch. Welp.

I literally spent like 20 minutes at the store trying to find chickpeas, and then I found one single can that said “chickpeas” and of course it was more expensive than the others.
But then when I got home I turned the Can around and it said garbanzo beans on one side and chickpeas in the other!
In short there were a million different types of garbanzo beans but I didn’t know any better!!!
