Empress and Goddess

Bio(Empress Braids) Empress works as a barista at a local café while attending high school and maintaining the bills along with her twin sister Goddess. Empress and Goddess have been in foster care their whole lifes after being giving up for adoption at birth. Bio(Goddess curly hair) Goddess has always wanted to find their family and know why their mom gave them up. She got really close to their last foster mother Karen and convinced her to get her a fake I.D. so that she could strip at the club with her daughter Tiana. She was upset when Karen decided it was time for them to leave and even with her splitting the DHS money she still feels abandoned and refuses to answer her calls. She has trust issues and is co-dependent on her twin sister. She makes more money than Empress but she leaves her in charge of everything giving her the money she gets every night and not paying attention to how much she spends or how much things cost. Her boyfriend is the manager of the club she works at and is unaware of her actual age. She lies a lot to everyone but her sister, her favorite color is black she tells everyone its purple.

Ayyub: You know her she don't do relationships, she didn't have a father growing up. she got issues with men, her mom being the way she is having all them men around when she was young. It's hard for her committing to one man. She never seen a lasting relationship.

Shuaib: You gotta stop making excuses for that girl. She is a grown ass woman either she wants you or she doesn't it is as simple as that. I see this everyday at work either she works through her issues or you need to move on. You gonna to be forty still chasing after this girl?

Bio: Shuaib is Maryam and Ayyub’s older brother, he is a devout Muslim like the rest of their family. Shuaib married right out of collage and lost his wife to an undiagnosed heart condition during childbirth. He has a ten year old son named Zane who is the light of his life. Zane splits his time between his maternal grandparents and Shuaib. He works marriage counselor. His favorite color is blue it use to be red, he’s a Capricorn.

Bio: Harmony Maria is anything but harmonious, she lives off of the men she uses and the money she gets for being a gestational surrogate. Bio: Maryam just got out of rehab after an overdose and a suicide attempt. She lost her apt so she’s staying with her older brother Shuaib. At fourteen Maryam was raped and became pregnant she gave her daughter up for adoption and only ever told her brothers about the rape they’ve never told their parents.
