Yeah, your powers need to be related to your deity, but not necessarily the same powers, like if your deity is a water god for example, your abilities could be water related.

All Disney characters are “trapped” within Dysneyville, so no, there wouldn’t be any human places outside of it since Dysneyville itself is a fabricated world veiled from reality. The realm itself is rather large, so you can basically use any setting from any Disney movie if you’d like, as long as you make proper revisions to turn whatever setting into the most morbid version of it as possible.
