;; a match made in heaven
actually, baekhyun shouldn’t be one to complain about people being late, since he’s probably the most unpunctual person that has ever walked on earth; no matter how important an event is, the chances that he will be on time are second to none.
but this doesn’t stop him from letting out a heavy sigh as his eyes flicker to the bottom right of his laptop screen to check the time. okay, she’s not even that late, but she’s still late. so, he reaches for his phone, wondering if he should send her a message telling her to hurry the fuck up, or maybe he should just spam her with annoying stickers on kakao; it will irritate her so much, that she’ll be over in no time, even if it’s just to swear at him to leave her alone or something close to that.
before he can even type one word, though, the door is already flying open – of course without a knock first – and then, sooyoung is already entering the room. well, the matter seems to have resolved itself.
“you’re late”, is the first thing baekhyun says, instead of a greeting, and he’s shuffling to the inside of his bed to make some room for the girl to sit. at least, all the impatience is instantly gone, now, and a grin is already tugging at the corner of his lips.
“what do you want to watch?”, he asks, already opening up various folders with movies and shows.
baekhyun immediately starts scrolling through his anime folder, though, looking for something for them to watch – because, of course, baekhyun wants to watch a couple of anime episodes instead of some boring ass movie. and he knows, that sooyoung’s taste for action movies can be quite good, but he still prefers anime.
“we should watch one piece”, he mumbles, checking if he’s downloaded all episodes, “have you ever seen it? it’s really good. let’s watch one piece.”
and he looks up at her, waiting for her answer, even though, he won’t let her choose for real anyway. it’s his room, his bed, his laptop; baekhyun wants to watch one piece, so they’re going to watch it.
