His VC would be specifically Michael Kovach's voice for Jax from TADC, except he can't move his mouth at all so he just looks really annoyed when he's genuinely upset LMAO (Like if he gets hit he just flinches)

He's the cousin of the craft siblings (Goob & Scraps) on whatever side scraps gets her cat part from.
