I GOT THREE DIFFERENT NAMES AND I GOT THREE DIFFERENT PEOPLE CHOOSING THE THREE DIFFERENT ONES AAAAA

I will have to make a poll so we all vote on the same one so we can tag it in a way we can all find it on tumblr tags… or we can just use them all. Because why not.

But yes…. I love them so much okay?? Like first of all David came out and I love how he looks and how he is an asshole HOWEVER he is also a nice guy. He protects his friends……. he’s just a troublemaker. Who doesn’t like one ok

And then like. Get all the Perfect Ships™ out of my fucking sight. Boring. Typical. Cliché. Don’t change David to be the perfect lover and don’t make Dwight what people would call an “uke” for their yaois. If you can’t make your characters have some bad moments then you’re not actually writing what an actual couple is like. Because things are not perfect.

I love them because like. Both Dwight and David have specific flaws described about them in the official canon stuff ok. And like. They can make each other better people.

Like. I have my own little movie in my head where David is an asshole and doesn’t pay attention to Dwight, who is a bad leader. But Dwight saves him and David can feel bad about it so he learns to follow orders and help everyone. So they actually become friends and David teaches him how to have people respect him (also yells at people to listen to him lmAO) and Dwight helps him control his anger if he can because Dwight looks like a nice soft guy.

Yes, I know that could end up in friendship but also in romance. YES. SHIPPING IN DBD MAKES NO SENSE. NO CHARACTER WOULD ACTUALLY DATE EACH OTHER IN THE MURDER ZONE BUT I WILL SHIP……. bc it’s fiction and I bc I can.

And the ship would be flawed and have some problems but bitch, all real life couples have problems. Like if any say they don’t it’s a lie. They have problems and talk about them to avoid making the same mistakes, I know about these things first hand because I’ve seen them closely. You argue, you fight, you make up and discuss what things are wrong. And the rest of the moments are just fine. Because David looks conflictive, so there would be fights (even without the need to hit anyone, just intimidate. Once again I’ll tell you I know of these things idc if you think that these couples don’t exist or that they shouldn’t ever happen bc they do). But Dwight would be there to make him see that stuff you know??? So David would avoid these things as much as possible.

I’m so happy people like them ok… I needed a couple I could actually get behind in DBD and after 8 months I finally found one.
