i think in my canon dr. wily doesn't make cossack give the "i am dr. cossack and i am taking over the world. i challenge you to stop me, mega man" speech.

because why would he do that, wasting an opportunity to remain unnoticed, giving away his miraculous survival?

instead, wily gives cossack an order to keep his silence, neither giving a reason to his actions nor bringing an ultimatum to the table. letting him speak would inevitably foster suspicion, which is exactly what happened in the archie comics.

honestly, it's weird how good of an influence mega man fandom was on me.

i started writing again after a whole year without a single line composed. my rendering & anatomy randomly got better. i found new friends. i started analysing media i consume more. there's a ton of media to interact with.

i'm actually happy with my art for once. i'm not depressed all the time. i'm in a good place mentally in general.

i don't know what changed, but i'm so thankful to my past self for reading a comic one fateful day. because it's probably one of the best things that's ever happened to me.
