I think the government should start regulating eye-wear and this should be the law: all sunglasses must include the word "asshole" written in glow-in-the-dark ink across the lenses and frames. After all, if you wear sunglasses at night, you're an asshole -- so you might as well have that word glowing on your face. Check out exhibits A, B & C for evidence supporting this claim. Anyway, the night-glasses pandemic traces back directly to the above rockabilly track, in which Dwight Pullen told our nation's impressionable youth, "you really look sharp wearin' sunglasses after dark." Damn if this song and that album cover ain't cool, though.
