For you, Anon, Xornoth is mixing cookie batter with sone cookies already pressed onto the pan today :)
recipe (sorry about measurements, it's a family recipe and i'm too traditional to change it. it's a pretty forgiving recipe so it should be fine):
do NOT preheat
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup honey
put ingredients in a bowl and mix

get out a floppy plastic cutting board, spread the dough across the longer length cylidracly (sp?)
roll the cutting board so the dough is a rough cylinder shape held in at all sides, secure wuth rubber bands
put in freezer overnight while tied up like that
in the morning or a few hours later, retrieve the dough and let it loose. carefully cut the cylinder of dough into cookies a 1/4 inch thick.

put cookies on pan (if you doing it now instead of putting it in the freezer first, the cookies should be pressed on to be about 1 inch wise, 2 inch long, 1/4 inch thick)
put in oven, now you can turn it on to 350 F
cook for ONLY 20 minutes (15 on fast ovens)
enjoy!! and for those with nut allergies, my dad substituted nuts for carrots and honey for molasses before, so pretty much anything can work xD
