yeah anxiety kinda just sucks :((( at least you have medication that helps! that’s good!

thank god i have it, i get it so bad...it triggers bad thoughts and my depression is so under control but sometimes i feel anxiety can honestly kill you. When I get my attacks I feel like my mind is about to blow and i cant stop crying its so stupid
