Meliah looks down as a random ball hits her in the leg. picking it up the girl examined it.  suddenly a small child walked up to her, his gaze dropping from her face to the ball in her hand. Meliah smiled kneeling down  to his level “this yours?” the child nodded

Meliah passed it back to him “you shouldnt play so close to the streets, its not safe” she advised before rising to her feet and walking off. the shopping district was busy this time of  day. sometime later Meliah left the art store with a bag of new equipment. as she waited for the light to change she saw the same familiar ball bouncing into the street. her eyes widened seeing the little boy running into to the open street, as the same time  a car was speeding down the road.feeling her instincts kick in she dropped her bags and ran toward 

“hey kid get out of the way!!” she screamed. the kid froze in fear as the car neared. Meliah pushed him out of the way without a second thought.

the rest was quick and a blur. before she could even process what happened it was all over

people panic running for help while others  crowded around her 

“did you see what happened?”

“she pushed that little kid right out of the way”

“somebody call an ambulance!!”

“its too late.. she’s already gone...”

Aiko woke up in the middle of the night, when she heard Demro’s voice. She smiled to know that he was still there and hadn’t gone to his appartment yet. She stretched herself and decided to get up for a moment, maybe just grab something to eat, since her stomach seemed to be empty.

She could still hear the demon’s voice though, which made her frown, who was he talking with, anyway? As the blonde walked closer to the room, she could hear better what he was saying.

Her eyes widened and she could feel her cheeks warming up. Aiko frowned as she heard him talking, her teeth gritting as her gaze fell down She hated whenever Demro decided to talk with those girls, and it seemed to be somethign more and more frequent... at least for her it looked like that.

She got tired from listening to it, though and decided to walk into the living room, moving towards the kitchen without looking at him, moving around the kitchen so she could make a buttered bread for herself.

The woman wasn’t as silent as ever, even without noticing, though, she wasn’t making too much noise. She just was feeling irritated, she didn’t wanted to hear him talking with his friends, anyway.

Aiko kept staring at him for a moment, not sure about what she should say. Of course she liked him, she cared about him, but that was before she found out he was an alpha. She didn’t like them, after all, they never treated anyone well, or, at least, that was how she saw them, and she didn’t want him becoming like that. She didn’t want to see Demro treating anyone like all the alphas she had met, and, for sure, she didn’t want him thinking he was superior to her just because she was an omega.

The blonde sighed and loked to the side, avoiding his gaze. She needed to think about it, she wasn’t sure if she should say anything to him right now, she would probably regret it later, anyway. She played with her fingers, trying to distract herself.

“Yeah, but-- ...What if you’re just not listening to your instincts?” She asked. “I mean, you’re an alpha, I’m an omega, and... I don’t want you to be like the others.” Aiko would never try to kill him, though, he was important to her, that’s why she didn’t want to see him acting like an alpha.
