First day on the Boat for my Research Project, Using a BRUVs(Baited Remote Underwater Video Survey) to record the Fish Species around Dyer Island. I spent the morning making Chum, setting out the rope, chucking the BRUV overboard and then retrieving it an hour later and then repeating this process. We all know that I have #ZeroSeaLegs so I’m not going to lie and say that I didn’t get #Seasick because I did but I only got sick once which is a big improvement 👌🏾 #Research #Ocean #DyerIsland #BoatDay #Intern (at Shark Alley, Gansbaai, South Africa)

Best Two Weeks on and in the Water for me in Gansbaai 2015!

He did a Great job of catching these images and these do not even begin to tell you how it feels to watch this much less being in the cage when these Great Whites appear! Seeing these Great Whites up close and personnel and these attacks first hand was Spectacular!
