Nice shot from @kciula of our Dying Earth game. We used the streamlined (and IMO better) rules from the Revivification Folio. We played the Vale of Crypts scenario from the folio, and like many of Robin Laws’ best scenarios there is way more in there than you can possibly leverage into one play. We did it as a one-off 4 hour game, but you could probably do this as a slightly longer two-session game or one 6 hour slot. Really nice, super-elegant system and great scenario design. People had no trouble channeling the flowery Vancian dialog in very entertaining ways; we got it down well enough that a several taglines were delivered with such panache that nobody realized it was a tagline until after the player told us.
